Profile
Glenn Jones is a Corporate Commercial Lawyer and is a senior Partner in the London office of Miller Thomson. His practice generally focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, major project organization, corporate reorganizations, and commercial real estate. He acts for and provides advice to many owner-managed corporations and their Boards of Directors.
Glenn has been a lecturer in many capacities, and has spoken at the Bar Admission Course for the Law Society of Upper Canada, for Law Society of Upper Canada Continuing Education programs, for the Canadian Bankers Association, and at the Certified General Accountants Qualification Course.
Glenn is also very active outside of his practice. He has served as a member and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thames Valley Children’s Centre, and as Co-Chair of the Centre’s Capital Campaign. He has also served as a co-chair of the Professions Division for the United Way of London community campaign, and has taken a leading role in a variety of other charitable fundraising campaigns.
